In return to Mr. Jujube's lovely bouquet, I have prepared a tasty candlelight dinner! Try this at home, it is easy and yummy.  I am sure you will amazed your better half :D

Recipe for Jujube's ribs (for 2 person)

Seasoned fresh ribs (about 1 pounds) with the following and leave it in the fridge for an hour to rest.
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed with skin)
- lemon zest (1 lemon)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- pepper and multi-purposed herbs
- dash of olive oil

Gravy
Mix ingredients for usage later.
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 stick of brown sugar ( I used Chinese 片糖 as it gives lovely fragrance taste. )
- dash of dark wine (e.g. Chinese cooking wine, red wine, scotch etc)

Cook the rib
Seal the ribs under high heat on a non-stick pan.  It takes about 1 minute.
In go 2 new cloves of garlic, slices of lemon (optional).
Pour in 1/2 of the prepared sauce (i.e. your gravy).
Cook the ribs (in pan with lit) and let the sauce simmered in low heat for 30 minutes.
Pick up ribs to rest at room temperature about 5 minutes (such that the ribs will be tender and juicy!)  Do not pour away the sauce at the pan.
On the other hand, turn on high heat, in go the left over 1/2 sauce to the pan.
Stir the sauce gently until thicken.  Season with salt and pepper (optional).  You gravy is ready to go.

Dinner served :)  Yummy!
